Hello! My name is Sarah. I am an animal enthusiast. I have cared for nearly every type of small animal, from dart frogs to lovebirds to sugar gliders. These included pets of my own as well as those that were living at rescues I volunteered for & a (short lived) job at a local pet store. I know how scary it can be to trust someone with your exotic species/small animals. Their needs are not common knowledge and due to these animals inherent sensitivity there is little room for mistakes in their care taking. I am open to in house care taking as well as boarding situations. Animals I am familiar with and have extensive experience caring for; -Cats/Dogs (including animals with special needs) -Parakeets -Canaries -Cockatiels -Rabbits -Chinchillas -Hedgehogs -Ferrets -Hamsters/Mice/Degus -Guinea Pigs -Snakes -Dart frogs/tree frogs/toads/newts -Geckos/Turtles and tortoise -Aquarium (Fresh water, cold & warm water species). I understand the importance of aquarium parameters and the basics of aquarium chemistry. I am open to caring for a salt water aquarium under guidance. I am 100% open to caring for any animal outside of my experience. I will pay close attention to your instructions and be an active participant in educating myself about your pet. There is no such thing as too much information. I love to know the details of your routine. I have my own transportation. Compensation based on need, with a base rate of $20 a day. Cash only please.
