We are looking for a loader operator and soil screener for full-time employment. This is a GREAT place to work and a stable, growing company. Pay: $22-26 Signing bonus of $1,000 after 1 year. We also have an incredibly popular landscape materials yard with a steady stream of customers buying gravel, soil, and mulch. We have fun, treat our customers well, and work together as a team. What you’ll do: This job is a key part of sales yard operations. You’ll be responsible for serving customers, producing material for sale, and keeping the yard orderly. Specifically: ● Operate our soil screening machines (training provided). You’ll help produce some of our most popular products (screened soils) for sale. ● Operate a loader to load customer trucks ● Coordinate with our office staff to do various work to improve the yard What we are looking for: ● 6 months+ experience running loader ● Valid driver’s license ● Reliable - This is important work and you’re someone we can count on. ● Great attitude: you like working in a team in a fast-paced environment Why might this be for you? ● Year round: Full-time and consistent hours all year round ● Overtime available: by working some Saturdays in the summer months ● Small company culture: You’re not just an operator, you’re part of our team.
