PAID TRAINING: • $16.00 HR to start • Month-end Bonuses • Year-end Bonuses • Quarterly Performance Reviews Job Description: Ductworks HVAC Maintenance Technicians are primarily responsible for the cleaning and general maintenance of commercial and residential HVAC systems. • Schools • Restaurants • Office Complexes • Manufacturing Facilities • Homes Job Duties: • Set-up, preparation, and maintenance of equipment. • Installation and closure of access points. • Cleaning and maintenance of commercial and residential ventilation systems. • Work with various types of equipment: Pressure washers, compressors, vacuums. • Inspecting, diagnosing and troubleshooting indoor air quality problems. • Inspecting, diagnosing and troubleshooting air flow problems. • Provide outstanding service to the customer. • Maintain the cleanliness of materials and supplies within the company truck. Job Qualifications: • Work well in a team environment • Have a strong work ethic • Be reliable and dependable • Have the ability to work day or night shifts. • Maintain collar-length hair (safety reasons). • MUST HAVE VALID Colorado Driver’s License and maintain a clean driving record. • MUST be able to pass drug screen.
