Full Time Office Building Maintenance Position with Benefits! • Signing bonus • Great pay • Paid vacation • Paid holidays • Medical, dental and vision insurance A local real estate management company is seeking a full-time maintenance technician with a minimum of two years experience in office building or similar maintenance. This position will provide support at several locations in San Antonio based on daily workload demands. The position is available immediately and is full time. Benefits available include medical, dental, vision AND life insurance, paid holidays AND vacation, plus a signing bonus of $500 (payable after six months on the job). Salary will be determined by experience and qualifications, but qualified candidates could start at $25/hour. A background check and drug test will be required. Candidates must meet the following criteria: Have general electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and maintenance experience; HVAC certification preferred but not required. Work independently and perform routine maintenance duties and projects as assigned. Have good customer service and problem-solving skills.
