I found kittens

Went on the back patio for coffee this morning and noticed the usual cat in our yard. She’s usually by the shed but this time was hovering over our spa. Then 2 little kittens popped out from underneath the spa playing around. I don’t know what to do. Does anyone know how to safely remove them? I dare not come close to them because I’m allergic. Text me. HELP!
