Description

My dad found a lost male parakeet with white face, blue belly and back, black and white feathers and dark blue tail feathers. He found the bird in our yard about a month and a half ago. The bird is fine and safe in a cage we bought for him. He is calling out to be reunited. Call me if you are the owner.
