We're in a draught if you haven't noticed. It's really bad and going to get worse. Conserve water. I remember the good ole days when it rained in the winter and snowed in the mountains. Some of those days were before they built the 4 lane. The late 1960's were snow years to set records. We used to have a beautiful view of the Sierra Nevadas to our east. Not any more, unless we get some rain. The outlook is not good. Conserve.
