Need Labor for construction Demo and drywall/painting

Description

We identified a bad roof leak in an apartment building and will need help demoing drywall and insulation. There is likely to be mold present so we will provide safety masks and have an industrial air scrubber to keep the area safe. If you are highly sensitive to airborne particles, please do not respond. The apartment is on the third floor so we will be carrying bags of trash down the stairs. You will need to be physically fit and will take a dozen or more trips up and down the stairs. We will be starting at 9:30am Monday, June 21st and will need help until at least 2pm, maybe longer. We will buy lunch and will pay $20 per hour. We are looking for 2 people to help out. We have more work for you at this same location if you have experience hanging drywall and painting. You will be required to have your own transportation and to sign a liability release.
