We are a rubber production company and are seeking candidates interested in working within a production environment to facilitate the movement of product based on orders. Shifts: 1st Shift 6:00 AM-4:00 PM 2nd Shift 4:00 PM-2:00 AM Temp-to-Hire Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Operate machinery used in the production process Assist with processing material, inspecting, and wrapping for shipping Examine products to verify conformance to quality standards Monitor machine operations so that malfunctions can be detected Remove products, machine attachments, or waste material from machines Lift raw materials, finished products, and packed items, manually and using hoists Required Skills, Training, and Experience to Perform the Essential Functions: 6 months of Production or Manufacturing experience preferred Physical ability to lift, push, and pull over 50 pounds Good communication and written skills, mechanical ability
