Description

44th pl and roser South phx area Big tan Dog being left outside daily in the hot sun. He looks like a Great Dane mix. The dog is on the thinner side. I don’t see any food or water bowls looking from the alley or the front yard. The people who answered the door do not own the dog and said their Roommate owns the dog and he wasn’t home. They said they have tried to do something but the owner of the dog is just continuing to leave the dog outside. They said they give him food and water. The dog is friendly and not aggressive at all. I’ve called animal control but there’s nothing they can do. Email me if you know what to do or want to help. I have the exact address
