With over 20 years of experience, we are looking for Housecleaning professionals to fill a wide range of positions we current have to offer. • Paid Training/Holidays • Paid Overtime/Overnight shift pay • Competitive Pay Starts at $17.50/hour + $0.40 cents/mile + Tips + Bonuses • Part time and Full time positions • We provide all materials/cleaning supplies Job Position Description: Professionally clean and sanitize customers’ homes and/or businesses. Excellent customer service and proper home etiquette is required. Be able to lift 20-50 lbs at any given time. Must be on time and professional. Commuting is a must. Responsibilities: • Use Sterile Pro Maid Services cleaning products/machinery when cleaning, sanitizing and disinfecting residential and business properties • Clean all surfaces in home, including fans, blinds, lights, counters, showers, toilets, cabinets, and floors etc. • Vacuum stairs, carpet, hard surface floors and furniture or any other area needing vacuuming. • Respect peoples home, property and businesses. • Be punctual and on time. Qualifications: • Ability to differentiate between cleaning products and their uses • Ability to pass a background check and DMV records check • Possess a valid Drivers license and car Insurance • Ability lift and carry 20 lbs. of equipment • Ability to withstand regular physical contact with dog and cat hair, mold, dust, mildew and cleaning solutions • Be able to legally work in the US - Must be able to work in the following areas: Thousand Oaks, Agoura Hills, Oak Park, Westlake Village, Woodland Hills, Newbury Park, Calabasas, Moorpark, Simi Valley, Malibu & all of the San Fernando Valley. -We also serve all areas in the Los Angeles, Inland Empire and San Bernardino County.
