Need Jack of all trades helper to do occasional on going one/two-day projects. Need Painters Today, landscaping, racking leaves, light carpentry, cleaning houses. I live on a mini farm in Troutville that has some projects and own a dozen well maintained rental houses in Roanoke City, mostly Raleigh/Grandin Court that has projects. Working with a very fit old guy, fun to work with “farmer” dude, usually working together, must be a Non-Smoker in order to keep up with me. $100 paid at the end of each day. Lunch and drinks are included plus $5 for gas. Usually 8:30am-4:30pm. A two-day project about once every 3 weeks. This is long term extra money for someone that can be available with a flexible schedule. An extra $4,000 a year for a small amount of side work. Call Wes at 540-354-9880
