I just wanted to say thank you to the guy that was so kind to me and my son last night at Shasta Regional Er. They were being horrible and not treating him and you showed us compassion even though you were obviously as sick as my son or worse. This month is the one year anniversary of his Dad's death, and when you told my son to "waterfall" the fountain, I know that seems like nothing but it was something his Dad always said. So it made him feel like his Dad was there with him... Thank you! You never know how much a little kindness can help someone. Would love to know your name.
