Local Siding Contractor hiring entry level construction associates and experienced Project Managers for large, multifamily exterior construction projects including siding and window replacements. Entry Level Construction Associate Job Description: Assist the team with setup and end of day cleanup, as well as keeping the area around the work site clean and free of construction related debris Assist the Project Manager with keeping track of inventory, tools and equipment Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes Collaborate with sub-contractors, engineers, architects and key team members of the Project Team Conduct site checks to monitor progress and quality standards *Fork-lift Operator License preferred but not required *Will be required to obtain OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 certificate Position is full-time with medical and dental insurance paid by employer. Pay range is $16 - $22 per hour depending on experience. Experienced Construction Manager Job Description: Responsible for planning and overseeing a specific project or a wide range of different construction projects from beginning to end Determine the necessary equipment, materials, and manpower needed Keep track of inventory, tools and equipment Ensure supplies and equipment are ordered and delivered according to schedule Prepare reports regarding job status Resolve any problems that may arise Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes Collaborate with sub-contractors, engineers, architects and key team members of the Project Team Obtain the appropriate permits and licenses from authorities for construction sites Plan construction operations Ensure deadlines are met Hire contractors and negotiate contract rates Allocate and manage resources to ensure that they are available when they are needed throughout the construction projects Handle any environmental or local community issues that may come up during a project Conduct site checks to monitor progress and quality standards *OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 Certificates required *Driver's License Required Position is salary with medical and dental insurance paid by employer.
