ACT Home Energy Specialists is looking for reliable individuals to join our team. Earn 17.00 per hour. This is a full time position. Job functions: Installing attic insulation Removing attic insulation via vacuum Installing solar fans on roof for attic ventilation Installing radiant barrier in attic Air sealing homes Air sealing AC ducts and replace ducts in attic Installing spray foam insulation Physical Requirements: Ability to work in hot environments and tight spaces Be agile and coordinated to walk and crawl while staying balanced on attic joists and beams Trained to use common hand tools such as knives, staple guns, drills General Requirements: Must have valid driver’s license or ID Must be able to pass a background check Must be 18 years or older No experience necessary but a plus.
