Responsibilities Include: • Respond to service calls as needed to help customers dealing with water, fire or mold damage. • Perform services as assigned, following safety and production guidelines. • Communicate in a friendly and professional manner with all members of your team and our customers. • Clean and maintain vehicles, equipment, warehouse and office areas as needed. • Use of phone and tablet to document process progress after proper training. Education & Experience: • High School diploma or equivalent required • IICRC certifications in water damage or mold remediation preferred • 1+ years of Structural Restoration experience preferred • 1+ years of Customer Service experience preferred Minimum Requirements: • Ability to lift 50 lbs or more • Valid Texas driver’s license • Clear criminal background
