FOUND playful and very friendly black and white lab/collie male pup (maybe a year old), with brown collar and no tags, wondering around Davis/White Northeast Neighborhood Park around 10AM. No one in the park knew about the dog or owner. Brought him in our home, fed and provided water. He's being kept in a kennel inside in the meantime due to outside heat.
