The Daily Gardener, LLC is looking for dependable, energetic and punctual individuals to work this 2021 season. The positions we are hiring for will be contracted out and part-time to full-time depending on the weekly workload (Monday-Friday). Below is a small list of what our day-to-day can look like: Weeding (Yes, just pulling weeds). Planting flowers, shrubs, trees, ornamental grasses and the like. Lifting/moving heavy rocks. Some tree trimming/pruning (Nothing that you can’t accomplish from the ground though). Forming shrubs and hedges. Installing drip irrigation systems. Lawn mowing. Weed whipping. Installing new garden beds. Edging beds. Spreading/hauling mulch. Digging small to large holes. Client site cleanup. Debris removal. Plant identification. Poison Ivy removal. Sawing. Mattock work. We are hiring at a rate of $12.00 - $15.00 per hour based on experience with time and a half for any hours over 40 in a work week. We are also offering a $1000.00 hiring bonus after 90 days of employment. There is no need for experience to apply for a position, we will train you on the job! We will provide all of the tools needed to handle a day's work except for transportation. Requirements for these positions are as follows: Applicants must be 18 years of age or older and able to legally work in the United States. Applicants must have a valid driver's license and have a dependable mode of transportation. Applicants must be willing to submit to drug/alcohol screening if requested. A smart phone will be required for logging in and out of client sites and tracking of daily hours via a GPS enabled app. Working hours are between 8:00am and 5:00pm (Start and stop times are flexible). Applicants should have a keen attention for detail and direction.
