A damaged, unlocked, abandoned silver Honda Civic was discovered the morning of Fri. 6/18 after appearing overnight on the SW corner of NE Dekum and NE 23rd. License plate OR 435 EZG. An abandoned/junked vehicle report has been filed with the city of Portland.
