We are a fast-growing Property Management Company looking for a hardworking, dedicated and friendly all-around Jack (or Jill) of all trades to join our team.
The right person must be able to multitask, easily adjust to changing direction, follow instructions and take pride in their work.
Requirements:
•Perform unit turnovers efficiently to include such things as paint & wall repair, cleaning, filter change, cleanout of units including trash removal and furniture.
•Ability to maintain a high level of customer service when greeting and interacting with residents.
•Plumbing to include such things as faucet repair/replacement, shower adjustments and drain issues. Previous experience with water heaters is a plus.
•Electrical to include such things as changing of outlets, lights and troubleshooting.
The primary hours for this position fall within Monday – Friday (hours are negotiable) this will be a fulltime 40 Hour per week position that on occasion will call for over time. The ideal candidate will have to be available for after hour (prescreened) emergency calls that come in on occasion. Our office is based out of Hampton however in most cases the work will be performed outside of this area primarily in southern NH. The ideal candidate must be willing to travel to job sites, pick up materials and work independently.
Starting pay is: $45,000.00/yr. This is a full-time position that offers 2 weeks paid vacation after an orientation period. Due to the nature of our business the ideal candidate must be willing to submit to and pass a criminal background check.
