Looking for: Full time, 8-hour shifts between 8am-6pm Monday-Friday. Weekend shifts available if wanted. Competitive Rate based on experience. Maintenance or janitorial experience preferred but not required. Benefits include: Health Care, 401K, mileage reimbursement, and Vacation/PTO time. Complimentary storage after 90 Days! Daily Tasks: Cleaning/sanitizing offices, restrooms, and warehouse Putting away Packages/deliveries Maintaining grounds of property (snow removal, weeds, etc.) Preparing empty units for re-sell Company vehicle general maintenance (filling up gas, cleaning in between uses) Local product/inventory pick ups Replacing Light bulbs in high ceiling areas Fixing unit doors when necessary Using floor scrubber to maintain driveways and hallways Job Skills needed: Multi-task throughout the day Valid drivers license to drive STORExpress trucks Able to get tasks done with minimal direction Help customers when requested Training and uniforms provided. Position needs filled before August 1st. Can start IMMEDIATELY upon hiring.
