Overview Drive trash bin cleaning truck along established route for residential trash bin cleaning services. Operate pressure cleaning equipment (wand and lifter) used to clean residential trash bins. Key Tasks • Drive safely to stops along service route • Operate simple machinery and pressure cleaning wand safely and effectively to clean residential trash bins • Operate surface pressure cleaning equipment for cleaning of driveways, walkways, and sidewalks (as an occasional separate add-on service to residential trash bin cleaning customers) • Clean truck and dispose of minimal debris collected by equipment at the end of each day • Maintain established schedule and provide feedback to improve route efficiency • Carry out company safety procedures, particularly with respect to operation of the vehicle and equipment, and disposal of wastewater • Keep equipment in good repair. Periodic light vehicle maintenance duties will be required • Maintain daily contact with Field Operations Manager, and complete other tasks as requested Requirements: • Ability to work outdoors • Ability to drive a large vehicle (no CDL required) • Ability to operate a simple smart-phone app that handles routing, scheduling, job status updates (completed service, attaching photos), and time-keeping. • Basic mechanical skills are a plus • Must have a valid Driver’s License • Must have reliable transportation to and from our location in Plymouth Meeting • Must be able to lift 50lbs of materials in busy environments; must have strength, stamina, and ability to work frequently with a pressure washing wand • Must be able to bend/twist at the waist and lift above shoulder level • Must be able to walk long distance through residential areas, as needed • Must be able to work outdoors in a variety of weather environments • Must be able to work efficiently without sacrificing quality of service Future Job Market / Outlook • Part-Time positions available immediately with potential for Full-Time • Small, rapidly growing company in a new, niche business (no competition in our territory).
