Plymouth Meeting apartment complex seeking FT Maintenance Supervisor who is customer service oriented, energetic, honest and takes pride in their work. Ideal candidate will have ample apartment maintenance experience. Responsibilities include: • Direct and oversee maintenance staff daily • Complete work orders • Maintain schedule for timely completion of apartment make-readies • Oversee outside contractors • Order supplies • On-call responsibilities. • Ability to work weekends, evenings and holidays as needed What is required: • Strong, hands-on knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, dry wall, and appliance repair • Superior customer service and communication skills • Strong time management and organizational skills • Physical requirements - lift minimum of 50 lbs., stairs/hill, shoveling, comfortable with heights • Computer knowledge – CRM programs a plus • Valid PA drivers license and own reliable transportation • Clean criminal background check We offer a full competitive benefits package.
