HVAC Tech wanted for Service Calls 40%++ commission

We are looking for a HVAC Technician to join our team as a 1099 employee! You will take overflow service calls at 40%+ commission to install and repair heating and cooling systems. We also have Full Time positions available as well as training in HVAC for individuals who are less experienced. Required Qualifications: EPA Certified Experience in boilers/installs/service work and possible air duct work. Must have your own reliable unmarked work van, tools and equipment needed to fulfill job duties. Must be able to take residential and an occasional commercial service call. Ability to read blueprints and schematics. Ability to handle physical workload. Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements. Perform routine preventative maintenance. Respond to emergency maintenance requests. Adhere to all safety policies and procedures. Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills.
