Needed handyman/laborer/odd jobs/cleaning/upgrading. All under my supervision at my home, inside and outside work. NO UNDEPENDABLE MAY APPLY. I perform EVERY TRADE expertly. I have all the tools, knowledge, and will the QA-QC. If you are good, we will be fine. If you are NOT sure, dont apply. Retired fine but will be doing some heavy lifting and working outside in the heat. Projects: landscaping (weeding, installing weed block, mulching///carpentry-tuning up three wood gates and installing hardware///moving furniture///organizing tools///cleaning garage///changing interior door hardware, knobs///Assisting home owner in odd projects. Competent teen OK too. No drugs, hangovers, slow movers, or anyone lacking a mother in their upbringing. $25.00 hour with average pace and productivity. I have ALL TOOLS, EQUIPMENT, and supplies.
