Lost small tomcat

Small ginger/blonde tomcat with green eyes, last seen on 6/14 wearing a blue bowtie collar. He has very bad survival instincts and is scared of everything, so I'd like to get him back as soon as possible! Please let me know if you even think you saw him near you!
