Requirements: - a valid driver's license with a clean driving record; - no felony convictions (must pass a criminal background check); and - the ability to pass drug screening; - the ability to lift up to 100 lbs. No other specific experience is required as we will teach you the ASP methods designed to give our customers a great looking pool and to maximize your earning potential; however, a high school degree and Certified Pool Operator License is preferred. Compensation: - Compensation starts at $15.00 per pool, possibly higher depending on experience. You will be provided your own route of pools to clean. Full Time Cleaners should expect a minimum of 10 pools per day. - Training pay is $10/hr until pools cleaned per week exceeds value of training pay. Bonus Potential: This position has the potential of earning an annual bonus by the company when specific gross revenue goals are met for the year. Benefits: - A company truck which can be taken home daily once your route is completed without checking in to the office. - A company cell phone will be provided to communicate with customers and Field Management during business hours. - Company uniform, and other necessary tools and inventory to complete the job. - Paid vacation time following a qualifying period. - Health Insurance coverage following a qualifying period. - Company paid AD&D policy following a qualifying period. - Complimentary Tele-Medicine coverage for all employees. - 401(k) with a 4% company matching after completion of the qualification period. Responsibilities: - Manage a swimming pool route that includes the cleaning of swimming pools each week. - The ability to manage stock of chemicals on the truck and properly adjust the water chemistry for each pool each week. - The ability to use a smart phone for our Pool Ops mobile platform. - The ability to spot equipment repair needs and communicate those needs to the office and customer.
