The Industrial Cleaner performs a variety of industrial cleaning functions to include but not limited to sanitation and cleaning of assigned work areas following a master cleaning schedule and procedures. Typical Job Duties and Responsibilities: Location: Dayton, Ohio Salary: Full Time - $15 - $19 per hour, depending on experience Available Shift Hours: *Friday - Sunday 6 a.m. - 6 p.m. Title: Industrial Cleaning Technician *Perform all functions while maintaining a high level of safety awareness and adherence to safety policies *Hosing, shoveling, de-junking, vacuuming, and sweeping within assigned work areas *Learn to operate skid steer loaders, fork lifts, and other equipment if needed *Perform snow removal activities by shoveling, operating snow removal equipment and spreading ice melt *Any and all other duties as assigned Requirements: *Basic cleaning responsibilities requires no previous experience *Must be able to successfully pass a background check, including criminal history *Must be able to take direction, to work with minimal supervision, and to function cooperatively as part of a team *Ability to use cleaning tools and equipment *Requires attention to detail, a pride in delivering excellent service, organization, and high levels of energy and endurance *May have to work alternate shifts, weekends, and extended hours if needed *May have to work from elevated areas such as ladders, platforms, and scaffolding; utilizing fall protection equipment when required About us A leader in facilities services with 65 years of experience.
