Help Wanted ***Handiman*** for prep, paint, doors, locks, mailbox, fencing, windows, window A/C, faucets, toilets, hvac, igniters, maybe electrical if you have know how. Basically, small to medium property management tasks, make-ready, ongoing repair orders, etc. Please tell us a little bit about your experience and what you charge. Please include refrences where possible. You do not have to have experience in all areas...most important to us is that you are reliable, competent in your handicraft, have your own tools and transportation, think on your feet and have pride in your work. (and are affordable), so maybe your top 2 or 3 or 4 areas you are best, prefer to work...
