Move a crawlspace door

The job is filled (unless something goes wrong and I need someone else) Hiya. See the photos. I am going to be building a deck on the side of the house where there is a crawlspace door. I want to move the crawlspace door to the other side of the wall. Its cinderblock. The crawlspace is almost 4 ft high. So you cut/open a new door on the new side, trim it and make a new door, and we fill in the other door with cinderblock and make it look like it was never there. That's your job. Can do? See images. Write me a reply which tells me how you will get this job done, how will you make the new opening.
