MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN $17-$19 an hour depending on experience. ONLY APPLY IF YOU HAVE APARTMENT, COMMERCIAL OR HOTEL MAINTENANCE EXPERIENCE Must be experienced as an apartment maintenance technician or worked in engineering in hotels and resorts Must be available to start immediately Have experience in Make Ready and turn over of apartment homes Electrical, Plumbing, Appliance, Drywall and Painting Experience Ability to work fast, efficient but with quality work Have reliable transportation Able to pass a drug test and background check.
