The Phoenix Staffing is looking for a Maintenance Supervisor for a Temp to Hire opportunity in Temecula, CA. MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR - Starting $24-$26 an hour depending on certifications and experience. ONLY APPLY IF YOU HAVE APARTMENT, COMMERCIAL OR HOTEL MAINTENANCE EXPERIENCE Must be experienced as an apartment maintenance technician or worked in engineering in hotels and resorts Must be available to start immediately HVAC Required Have experience in Make Ready and turn over of apartment homes Electrical, Plumbing, Appliance, Drywall and Painting Experience Ability to work fast, efficient but with quality work Have reliable transportation Able to pass a drug test and background check. Position includes apartment and utilities after probationary period is over.
