Warranty Service Technician/Manager

Environs Development, a prominent Lincoln Park home builder, is seeking a Warranty Service Technician. This position will be responsible for coordinating all warranty work on our clients' homes and coordinating maintenance work on existing homes. The ideal candidate will have the following capabilities / attributes: • Minimum five years experience in the residential construction industry • Knowledge of all aspects of home building • Ability to diagnose construction issues and find resolution • Basic construction skills to perform minor repairs • Strong interpersonal skills to interact with clients • Very professional appearance and demeanor • Organizational skills to track multiple warranty claims using computerized tracking program • Driver's license and clean driving record. • Preference will be given to candidates who live near Lincoln Park to be able to quickly respond to client emergencies during non-work hours This is a full time position with benefits including health insurance, vacation time, bonuses, and 401K plan.
