Maintenance personnel is responsible for all aspects of property maintenance including curb appeal, preventative maintenance, cleanup and relations with associates, contractors. Duties may include: light plumbing, painting, cleaning, preventative maintenance, seasonal maintenance, health and safety maintenance. Must have own reliable vehicle.
