We are a fast-growing and well-established construction company looking to hire an experienced Demolition Foreman.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
· Assist and coordinate with schedule (deploy workers to work site assigned)
· Monitor and inspect the quality of work during demolition
· Oversee demolition activities of laborers
· Monitor work progress and meet deadlines
Job requirements:
. Must be available to start work shift at 5:30 AM Monday thru Saturday
. Must have excellent leadership skills
. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
. CA driver’s license required - you will be driving a company vehicle (we will check the driver’s record)
. Basic computer experience (tech-savvy – Microsoft Office - i.e Excel)
. Must follow company safety guidelines
. Must have the ability to do physical labor
