need a scooter mechanic

bought a brand new 2021 Amigo SS 150 scooter online from “tx motorsports”(name does NOT deserve capital letters) out of Galveston Texas, on 10/2020, with not even ONE mile on it, and paid $1350 “, cash. i have NOT been able to start this scooter. its been sitting in my apartment, almost dismanteled (had a couple people attempt to start it, with no luck) theres more to the story, like how the company STOPPED taking my calls for help, and how im NOT the only customer this company has dooped( read reviews AFTER the purchase, on yelp) i can go on, and on about that company, who does business under 2 other names(yelp review). I simply need HELP with this bike. i dont have a lot of money, but certainly will pay someone.
