Requirements: . High school diploma or Equivalent . English reading and writing skills . Preferably Two years prior experience in operating CNC machines (if no experience apply anyway- will train but will need to have a phone call first) . Must be able to lift 30 pounds Duties: . Monitor machine controlled by computer Observe machine operation . Verify the accuracy of machined work against engineering drawings by measuring cuts with micrometers, dial indicator, and gauges . Change tools and the location of clamps as directed by set-up direction Reports to 2nd Op Production Manager/Tooling Manager Lamar is looking for 2 full-time temp CNC Operators to ultimately become a permanent employee.
