Rehoming this little guy I saved a while back

So a while back I found this baby possum on the side of my house I searched for the mother everywhere and could find it after about 7 hours we decided to bring him in because a friend that owns a pet store told me once the mom left she’s gone that’s it’ll be better if I take it in at that point because he had low chances and he was so small, he might of fallen out of his moms pouch or back and not to mention we have cats outside and so I did and ever since I’ve been taking care of him and now and he eats good too unfortunately my landlord is scared and don’t want it in the house so I must rehome to some one who can actually take care of this little guy he’s not your average pet
