Powerful version of the RESET class includes Trauma Release & Yoga Nidra. (please read details below. JUNETEENTH: In honor of Juneteenth, I am opening up my services to those in need. This is not a physical class, but requires physical movement. Cost is free to both sessions being offered, BUT you must reserve your spot. One spot per person. Limited spots available. This session is a condensed version of the RESET class. Powerful and to the point that will have you feeling the benefits immediately. One hour of Yoga Nidra is equivalent to four hours of deep delta sleep. This class is not considered an "exercise" or physical activity class. The Trauma / Tension Release portion requires some physical movement; followed by Yoga Nidra. Yoga Nidra is a deep guided meditation; where your body dives deep into the delta realm, a place of peace and recovery.
