Property Maintenance Technician Skills/Competency Requirements: High school diploma, at least one year of maintenance related experience Valid driver’s license Physical ability to bend and lift objects throughout the workday Ability to understand and implement maintenance related instructional material and plans Will train on new job related skills and competencies, and communication skills with tenants and office personnel. Job Description/Duties: Repair and maintain housing units including lights, air vents, locks, windows, doors, window and door screens, flooring material, gutters, drains and yards. Be the front line staff responding in the event of a maintenance related issue at any of our units. Conduct house inspections to identify and correct discrepancies in need of repair, cleaning and disinfect of homes at end of leases. Wage: $15.00/hr Hours Per Week: 40 Monday – Thursday 8:00am – 5:00pm Start Date: ASAP Duration: Temp
