Class days: July 11,18, 25 ... 12-3pm * Must successfully complete all three classes for certification A Transitional Guide or End-of-Life doula complements care from hospitals, senior-care facilities, and hospices. They help ease the transition of the dying person and their family bringing guidance and support for planning, spiritual comfort, advocacy for expressed wishes, and so much more. Upon successful completion of all three classes, you will receive a Transitional Guide Certificate. This class will cover topics such as: Navigating the end-of-life stages and processes, bereavement, coping, and how to offer emotional and spiritual support to the dying and their family.
