We are a beautiful, family owned 3200sq ft Circle K convenience store with Mobil Gas and Dunkin Donuts. At present, we are looking to hire individuals for the following shifts: 3pm-11pm 11pm-7am The Store Associate is responsible for providing customers with a satisfying shopping experience, including fast and friendly service. Major responsibilities beyond customer satisfaction include completing register transactions, maintaining general appearance and store cleanliness in a fast paced environment while adhering to company policies. Specific Responsibilities Include: Customer Satisfaction Friendly, outgoing attitude with customers. Projects a respectful, professional manner at all times. Seeks advice from the Store Manager when limits of authority to resolve customer complaints are unclear. Maintains a clean, well-stocked location as directed by management in their assigned duties. Compliance Complies with company policies, federal and state laws regarding age-restricted sales of products such as tobacco and alcohol. Follows Safe Food Handling Procedures in accordance with company, Board of Health and industry standards. Adheres to all company policy and procedures. Notifies management of any policies that are unclear, or not being followed by other employees. Location Operations Maintain store cleanliness standards. Replenishes stock at a level to maintain customer satisfaction. Completes duties as assigned by management Maintains safe conditions and follows procedures in times of inclement weather, damage to the property or unforeseen emergencies. Reports to management any equipment or facility condition that is in need of repair or creates hazard. Loss Prevention and Safety Strict compliance of cash handling procedures, shift accounting, fuel operations (if applicable), and inventory accountability. Adheres to safety procedures and loss prevention policies designed to maintain a safe environment for employees and customers. . Requirements: Required Skills: Strong people skills. Enthusiastic, service-driven attitude. Ability to complete tasks in a timely manner. Dependable and respectful to others. Strong work ethic. Job Environment : While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, reach and lift. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
