Family Day at Maker Park Children must be accompanied by an adult. Families are encouraged! Family Day at Maker Park: Pool Noodle Light SabersSaturday, July 17th 10:30 am - 12:00 pm Location: Maker Park (across from 450 Front Street, Staten Island, NY 10304) FREE Join us for Family Day in Maker Park! We will be making "light sabers" out of pool noodles and LED lights to learn about electricity and how to build a simple circuit. Instructions will be given on how to create your light saber. Instructors are present to help you and your family make!     Caregiver involvement required. Please arrive within the first hour to ensure your seat. All ages welcome, parental supervision required.  Facemasks optional for this outdoor event. In the event of rain, we will hold this indoors and will require everyone to wear masks. Register 1 ticket per family member who wants to make a light saber so we know how much materials we need to supply. Thank you!
