Our Chase Service Manager is responsible for planning, influencing, and improving the Culture, Health, Alignment (team and customer), Service and Effectiveness the CHASE Way. Through leadership, collaboration and problem solving create consistent, repeatable processes to secure operational, financial, customer and employee satisfaction for years to come. Under general direction from the CEO, the Service Manager ensures the installation of all roof repair projects, meets quality standards established by Senior Management while maintaining maximum efficiency and economy of operations at or below budget. REQUIREMENTS • A minimum of five (5) years of roofing experience • Reviews all jobs with the repair team every morning • Updates schedule of jobs to reflect status • Monitors job sites and attends job site meetings • Meet with inspectors, owners, superintendents, and other subcontractors as needed • Ability to produce a schedule based on job readiness • Solves and/or refers field problems as they arise • Orders all materials and any special material such as drip edge, flashing, coping, etc. • Complies with and enforces all personnel and safety policies • Coaches and counsels Crew members, Crew Foreman and Laborers • Confirms satisfactory completion of municipal inspections • Dispatches all crews and confirms crew payroll information, to include piecework calculation • Monitor jobs to ensure quality and proper compliance with company standards • Recommend improvements, changes or new techniques and procedures • Review and hire new field personnel • Price/invoice extra work authorizations from customers • Verify that crews follow safety procedures set by OSHA • Carry out specific work plans as assigned by management • All other duties as assigned • Bilingual, English-Spanish a plus • Valid FL driver’s license required KEY SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES Ø Ability to get, translate and live the CHASE culture Ø Critical thinking, problem-solving and communication skills Ø Teamwork, influencing, persuading, and leading Ø Delegation and appropriate follow-up Ø Employee growth and development Ø Adaptability and stress-tolerance Ø Focus on outcomes, balancing the cultural approach of the company This Company Describes Its Culture as: Detail-oriented -- quality and precision-focused, Outcome-oriented -- results-focused with strong performance culture, People-oriented -- supportive and fairness-focused, Team-oriented -- cooperative and collaborative.
