Odessa Links will be hosting our 8th Annual Links West Texas Hold’em and would like to invite you to play for a great cause. We are a local organization addressing the growing number of displaced and poverty-stricken families living in Odessa; this event allows us to advance the cause of providing Continuum of Care services to those in need. Our West Texas Hold’em event continues to grow along with the number of people Links can assist; this is all due to local supporters. Festivities for this year’s event include a sponsor dinner with drinks, Texas Hold’em Tournament, door prizes, silent auction, and our infamous Losers Lounge. Donating has never been so fun; past participants have left our event with door prizes, silent auction items, and raffle prizes such as gift baskets, poker tables, grills, flat-screen TVs, and trips for two. Programs supported by Links West Texas Hold’em:Project HOPE (Homeless Opportunities for Personal Excellence) ProgramReferral Plus ProgramLIFT (Linking Individuals and Families with Transportation)Coordinated Entry (new)We’ve provided rent assistance, case management, referrals, and supportive services for vulnerable populations for over eight years. Every year we continue to surpass our goals for the number of people we serve and, this year, we would like to do the same. Attached are the Sponsorship levels and all of the activities that are taking place.
