Concrete and Coatings Specialist Do you enjoy fast paced environments and multi-level projects? Our client is looking for motivated professionals to join our Concrete / Industrial Coatings team. This position requires a person with proactive problem solving, decision-making skills, and an initiative to work independently in a detail-oriented environment. Attention to detail and accuracy is critical. This is a very hands-on position with a great deal of self-reliance required. If you think you possess these skills and background, then please apply. The basic functions of the Concrete / Industrial Coatings are to ensure projects are delivered successfully and on time. You will be performing routine client maintenance and repairs on customer premises as described per jobs requested by the customer. Performance of building maintenance and repairs in one or more fields (e.g., Concrete Restoration, Concrete Epoxy Coatings, Concrete Profiling). Concrete and Coatings Specialist Education and Experience: Minimum 2 years Concrete Experience, or related field experience is preferred Minimum 2 years Industrial Coatings Experience, or related field experience is preferred Concrete and Coatings Specialist Skills, Knowledge and Abilities: OSHA Cert recommended Concrete Finishing Must have knowledge of concrete, abrasive blasting, industrial coatings Organizational and time-management skills Ability to lead and inspire Customer Service Skills Concrete and Coatings Specialist REQUIREMENTS: The physical requirements are moderate to extreme. Body movements include walking, turning the head and torso, reaching, grasping, bending and flexing the arms, legs, wrists, hands and fingers. Because of the travel involved, you must have a valid driver license. Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check Ability to travel. Jobs are usually 10-14 days Customer Service Oriented Must be able to perform basic Handymen Trades (i.e. Concrete, etc.) Must be able to comprehend and perform basic construction mathematical calculations. Must be able to lift 100 pounds Must be able to work for long periods of time Pay is $20-25/hr DOE Could be based within a few hours of Kalispell if willing to travel. Get in touch!
