About your instructor:
Hello! I'm Kirsten Asher a former stunt woman, professional dancer and founder of Huntress & Co. I'm a holistic health practitioner, breathwork facilitator, certified personal trainer and love love love to help women break out of the normal day-to-day and express themselves. I also volunteer at the Adaptive Training Foundation as a trainer and mindset trainer. I've studied the body and brain working with techniques ranging from psychology, neurolinguistic programing, neuroscience, epigenetics, pelvic floor strengthening along with dance and breathwork as tools for emotional release.
I'm excited to bring these classes to Dallas!
