Pit needs a rescue or someone to keep in tell owners found

Hi I have a pit mixed I believe I found him running around in my neighborhood while I was seating outside the other day I posted him on here under lost & found, Facebook groups no luck yet I need a rescue or someone to take him in tell the owners are found I can’t keep him any longer as I live in a small apartment & he keeps trying to attack my two kittens so I have to keep them locked up it’s not right for them he is house trained & good with other dogs please someone help thanks you can text me please only text as I don’t answer phone numbers I don’t recognize also you will have to come pick him up as I don’t have a car
