Melt into a space of sound and color as we raise money to help break cycles of youth homelessness. Join us as we melt into a world of sound and color and help us raise money as we continue to break the cycles of youth homelessness. Come immerse yourself into the world of One Heart One Soul as we share with you our art workshop that we have brought to youth shelters for over a decade. Your ticket to our interactive workshop will include acrylic paints, a paintbrush and an 11"x14 " canvas for you to create your masterpiece and take it home with you. Your ticket will also include light snacks, CBD water and libations available for purchase. Most importantly, your ticket will contribute to our never ending mission to positively impact the lives of your youth experiencing seasons of homelessness. You do not need to bring experience, just bring your creativity and yourself and be prepared to melt into a world of sound and color. Established in 2010, the mission of One Heart One Soul is to use the power of arts, community, & innovation to connect, empower and encourage youth experiencing homelessness. Pillars of Action: Our trauma-informed care has three distinct goals through our pillars of action: (1) Providing interactive workshops for youth in homelessness that focus on creative expression, SEL art based workshops, developing positive outlets and building entrepreneurial skills through the creation of literary and visual works (2) Creating no age-out programs that directly prepare individuals for employment opportunities and provide them with access to the resources and support they need in their transition and (3) Creating initiatives that focus on engaging communities while helping to eliminate misconceptions surrounding youth homelessness. The Vision of One Heart One Soul is to create a world where youth experiencing seasons of homelessness are seen as more than their current situation. A world where our youth are provided with the resources and safety they need to transition out of homelessness and are supported in doing so by the communities they reside in.
