Saturday, July 10th 10 - 2 pm The Olivino olive milling team invites you to our annual olive tree pruning and water management class! The Olivino olive milling team at Terra Sávia Winery is happy to invite you to the second annual olive tree pruning and water management class lead by arborist Stuart Fisher. For the first instructional part of the class Stuart will talk cover: Benefits of summer pruningPermaculture Farming Techniques and IrrigationFollowed by a Question and answers portionThe second part will be a hands-on portion where you are encouraged to bring your pruning gear and practice your technique. Lunch will also be provided courtesy of Chef Monica At Terra Sávia, we make award-winning, estate wines and premium extra virgin olive oil. We are passionately involved during 100% of the entire process from the field to the finished product.
